Walking 2011 : High Force

The whole of the River Tees plunges over a precipice in two stages. After the completion of Cow Green Reservoir in the upper Teesdale the second fall seldom sees a torrent of water.. However when I visited on the 6th of August this area of the UK had experienced very heavy rainfall, resulting in me seeing both falls.
